Your first report
Create a project, add original files, assemble a report, and review a Letter-size PDF.

Bring your sources, writing, and report output together. This walkthrough describes the manual workflow; an AI assistant is not required. You need an account with permission to create and edit projects. Early access is arranged manually: contact us if you do not have an account.
Create a project
Sign in and use New project from the app dashboard. Choose the client and enter the project details. In the project’s Settings, review and save the location and regulatory context relevant to your work. These settings record your choices; they do not replace a professional determination of which requirements apply.
Use the client and project switchers to confirm where you are working before adding material.
Add original files
Open Raw Input and choose Upload Raw Input. Enter a title, choose the source type and category, and select your original file. Add source details that will help you recognize the file later. Select Upload file and confirm that the file appears in the project.
Uploading a source does not automatically turn it into report content. Keep the original file as evidence, then create the figure or other content that will use it.
Assemble the report
Open Reports and create a report. Add sections and write Narrative content. Add Interpretations, Figures, and Tables as needed. For a photograph, use an uploaded image as the source when creating the figure, then place the figure in the report. Review its title, caption, and source information.
Figures and tables are assembled manually in this workflow. Automated figure-production tools and assistant recommendations are not required steps.
Review and export
Review the report content and its supporting sources. Open Preview, choose an available presentation theme, and use Export PDF. The report renderer uses US Letter pages: 8.5 × 11 inches. Changing themes changes presentation; it does not replace the PDF rendering pipeline.
Check the exported file for captions, table widths, page breaks, references, and appendices before sharing it. An export is not a regulatory approval or a substitute for your review.
Optional assistant workflows
External assistant connections are being validated separately. Read Working with an assistant for the current scope and limitations.
